our information gathering and dissemination practices.

There is information that we gather automatically from visitors.

will not be connected to your personal information or for other members to
view. If you provide us with your photograph or your own info video,
then you will reveal your personally identifiable info.
Who has access to this information and the way it will be used?
Should you choose to have updates, notices and mailbox info sent to you, we
will use your contact information. But we will provide you the option
to review different types of ways to communicate at the time of registration. You
can change your choices at any time by reviewing the profile, and choosing
''changes''. When using our site, we reserve the right, at any time,
to use your personal contact information to let you know about any newer updates
that may affect you on our site.
To personalize your experience, your demographic information (doesn't
identify you personally), allows other members to start a search and find you,
to make up your personal profile....which you have created, and to forward
the further results to you, and to send promotional offers to you along with
special offers from outside companies that would relate to your profile. Some
other promotional offers from FindYourBestMatch and information for our best
service will be sent to you through your email and possibly to your FindYourBestMatch
mailbox. Other Members will not have access to your contact email, only
your FindYourBestMatch mailbox will be made available to Members or organizations
(only if you have clicked "yes" on the button to receive info or
email from the member or organization).
If you decide to become a Premier Member of FindYourBestMatch, your financial
(credit card ) information will be asked and processed through a secured system....secured
mode is a small padlock ("locked") at the bottom edge of your
browser.
For each individual member, the information we collect is used for review
to improve, functionally through our web server, and customize the page layout
for you on our site. This information may also be used to search/find Special
Profiles to fit your selected requirements, and to forward these Profiles
to your FindYourBestMatch Mailbox .....also to forward your Profile to other
members. The Information is not shard with other organizations except
for processing credit card information validation and debt collecting.
Personal identifiable information may only be released by operation of law,
(may include, but not limited to a judicial proceeding, any legal process
served on FindYourBestMatch, or court order).
We at FindYourBestMatch try to use the most up to date technology in order
to prevent unauthorized third party recording your video messages or capturing
your pictures, but please be reminded that we cannot ensure your protection
completely.
The length of time that we keep the information given to us:
As long as you are a member on the site or as long as we are required by law
to do so, which ever is longer - that is the length of time that we will keep
the information.
Can the information that I have given you be changed?
At any time, you can request the removal or change your information after verifying
your special password and then clicking on "My Account Info" on the
site main menu or by sending a request to the FindYourBestMatch Privacy Co-ordinator
listed below.
Online Behavior is monitored online:
Onsite mail and instant messages are used for communication between our members,
and we don't, as a rule, monitor or moderate these messages, unless we suspect
our service is being used for the purpose of solicitation, or we suspect the
person is under 18 years of age, or in any other violation of our terms of
use, or our Privacy Statement. We reserve the right to remove, delete,
edit, or not use any communication on our site.
Community polls that appear on our site may be used at any time by our members
to participate if they so choose. The poll results will be tracked by gender
only and the info gathered will not reveal any information ( personal identifiable)
asssociated to the voters.
Security features that we have
The sensitive information that you enter on our registration forms are protected
and your security is very important to us. Secure Socket Layer technology
(SSL) is used to encrypt the information that is given on the registration
forms etc.. SSL is used on the Internet as the leading security protocol that
ensures privacy through encryption, but although we try by the most updated
technolgy and follow the highest accepted standards in the industry, we cannot

Advertising opportunities enquiries on our site will be asked for contact info
and other info relating to objectives of your advertising. The business
info, that you are seeking, will be provided after the contact info etc. is
used. This info will be used by internal staff and external ad agencies
representatives for selling space for media on this site (for FindYourBestMatch). We
may have links to other sites not affiliated with our site.
These other links may have different Privacy Policies from those of FindYourBestMatch
and we have no control over any personal info that you may provide over these
sites. Third Party advertising companies may be used to serve ads on
our site on our behalf. Cookies may be used and action tags (single
pixel gifs or web beacons) may also be employed by these companies. This collected
info through the third party cookies and action tags, are completely anonymous.
Associates
Information will be asked when you register to become an Associate of our site...such
as contact info and info related to your site. This info will be used
by internal staff and not shared with anyone outside of our staff/company other
than our advisors and our representatives without your consent unless required to
do so by operation of law. This info, your info, will be applied to secure
your approval as an Associate, to send you payment,according to your site's
success and to start communication between the two sites.
